Lorraine is a Holisitic Therapist and Yoga Alliance registered Senior Yoga Teacher RYT500, with over 9 years of teaching experience based in Glasgow, Scotland. Lorraine completed both her foundation and advanced teacher trainings in India, studying Hatha Yoga and Yin/Yang Yoga five element theory, in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. She regularly travels, seeking new trainings that honour yoga's historical roots, to deepen her understanding and broaden her skill set. 

Lorraine expertly delivers a range of classes that are accessible to all levels and abilities from vinyasa flow and core focused class to the gentler, yin and restorative yoga. Her vinyasa flow classes are creative and intelligently sequenced, blending together mindful movement that is strengthening, sometimes dynamic, always fun. Her yin classes place a strong focus on meridian theory and mindfulness, while restorative classes are calming and nurturing.   

 

As a qualified Holistic Therapist; she has been practising for 8 years. Lorraine has worked in different venues across Central Scotland and Spain from 5 star spas to small businesses. She currently provides a range of wellness treatments at The Wellbeing Hub.

 

When Lorraine isn't teaching or providing holistic therapies, she is travelling. She loves to go on adventures and seek the 'weird and wonderful'. Lorraine's dream is to live next to the beach, with lots of animals, have a therapy space and a room to teach yoga.
